Refund Policy

At Monarch’s Blend, we stand behind the quality of our teas and your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns
You may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Please contact us at help@monarchsblend.co.uk before returning any items. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your product.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your order qualified for free shipping and the return causes the total to fall below the threshold, the original shipping charge may be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer product exchanges. If you'd like a different item, we recommend returning your product and placing a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at help@monarchsblend.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or payment method again.
Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
